This advice is based upon market analysis as well as other influential factors such as location and building specification.

Upon securing an occupier MJM Commercial will negotiate the terms of the sale or letting, and co-ordinate the transaction through to legal completion.



MJM Commercial represent both occupiers and investors in relation to the acquisition of commercial land and premises.

We liaise with our clients to fully understand their business and in turn their property requirements, following which property searches are undertaken using our market knowledge and contacts to identify all potential opportunities, both on and off-market.

A report summarising the findings of our search is prepared, assessing the options on the basis of both the quality and specification of the accommodation. Upon identifying a short list, we visit and inspect the premises with our clients, and when a preferred option has been identified negotiate on their behalf to achieve the best possible terms, and finally co-ordinate the transaction through to legal completion.


Property Development

MJM Commercial offer advice to clients in relation to commercial property development, liaising with other professionals including architects, planning consultants and solicitors. Whilst the development process is complex and can be long running, the key initiatives we provide are:
